No, the workouts are specifically designed to require very little workout gear so you can do them at the gym or right in your living room!
All you will need is:
1- A pair of dumbbells (preferably two pairs of different weight - a lighter pair for upper body and a heavier pair for lower body), but one pair will work.
2. A workout bench or box, or a stable chair you can step up on.
3. An exercise or yoga matt (if desired, but not required).
